TONY EASTLEY: The Catholic Church has reopened inquiries into what has been claimed as a botched investigation into allegations of sexual abuse of boys by a priest in the 1980's.
The priest, known as Father F was accused of sexually abusing altar boys in Moree and Parramatta in New South Wales.
Three senior priests investigated the claims and no action was taken. Two of the priests have denied ever hearing the accused admit his guilt, but this flies in the face of an internal church document where the third priest goes as far as listing the sex acts carried out by Father
