his child-endangerment conviction was overturned. Lynn will not be in attendance for this hearing as he is still incarcerated in state prison in Northeast Pennsylvania. A PA superior court threw out his conviction yesterday after it determined that the child-endangerment statute as applied in Lynn's case did not apply to supervisors. Common Pleas Judge M. Teresa Sarmina will hear the bail petition. She was also the judge who presided over the trial and sentenced him. Lynn has served a year and a half of a 3 to 6 year term.
