Below are the Illinois Real Estate Transfer Declaration forms submitted by Mr. Charles Popp as attorney for St. James Church. The home at 546 Caswell was purchased for $62,737 in September 2011. During the same month the vacant lot was purchased for $10,000.

In a posting on August 24 (http://boonecountycatholics.blogspot.com/2011/08/how-much-does-bird-housecost.html) the costs of the purchase of the two properties and parking lot construction was estimated at $153,800. Updating these estimates for the actual purchase price of the two properties the cost is now $152,537.
