The following slides were presented to the City Council of Belvidere this Tuesday. Mr. Robert A. Casey delivered the negative response on behalf of neighbors and other residents. Mr. Casey was not allowed to use a projector so printed slides could only be supplied to the council members.
The Council voted to “table” the two zoning ordinances concerning St. James until St. James provides the court reporters transcript of the Planning/Zoning Commission session concerning St. James.
